Agapanthus campanulatus ‘Northern Star’

'Northern Star' is a free-flowering Agapanthus cultivar up to 1m tall with glossy green leaves flushed dark purple at the base. Tall, stiff stems support rounded heads of dark violet-blue flowers with purple stripes down each petal. Deciduous, fully hardy and one of our all time favourites. Very reliable.
