SHIPPING POLICY
We ship every Monday and Wednesday, except on bank holidays or when the nursery is closed for annual leave. So the time between order and dispatch is never greater than 3-4 days.
We pack all our plants with great care and ensure that all plants are in good health before leaving us. We use Royal Mail for all orders under 2 kilos and we use a courier service for all orders over 2 kilos. Shipping time is dependent on the service used but generally orders will reach their destination within 3-5 days.
RETURN POLICY
We do accept returns. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will email return instructions. The customer is responsible for the costs of returns and ensuring the safe packaging of the goods. Once plants are returned and checked for damage, a full refund for the item will be made within 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHOD
We currently accept payments through PayPal and card payments through Square .
