Agave montana is one of the hardiest of all the Agave’s, only first described to the horticultural world in 1996, this is a new plant with big possibilities. With it’s big blue green leaves and reddish armour this is a great feature plant in any exotic garden. It’s exotic looks hide a toughness that makes this agave real winner.
The plants available are seed grown by us. They are aupplied in 7cm pots with their compost. These plants should be grown on and potted up into 1 litre pots later this year.
Feed throughout the summer months with our Soluble Cactus and Succulent Fertiliser and provide winter protection in very cold weather.
