Agave titanota 'Catwealze Red'

Supplied in a 12cm pot 

This is a compact Agave with short firm leaves edged with shape teeth that start cream and age to a reddish rustic brown, turning almost black in maturity. This succulent makes an impressive pot plant for the patio or sunny balcony. Grow in terracotta pots in a very free draining mix and keep in bright direct sun light. Needs winter protection above freezing, but happy in an unheated greenhouse, porch or similar.
Water weekly from May to September then keep on the dry side throughout winter.
