Ideal Conditions: Prefers moist, free-draining soil in a sunny, sheltered position. Best grown trained against a sunny wall or fence. Restrict roots by laying rubble in the planting hole and lining the sides with paving slabs. Can become invasive if not controlled by root control methods.
