‘The yellow Ginger’
Supplied as a bare root rhizome in growth.
(Rhizomes are wrapped in damp coir for transport and must be potted up or planted out on arrival)
A tall Ginger lily from the Himalayan area. Grows to around 1 meter with large banana like leaves and the pseudo stem has a slightly hairy surface. The cream yellow flowers are very exotic and are fragrant with tropical scents. A hardy Ginger, which only needs a mulch of dry bark over winter once the stems have collapsed.
